Lid and bottom are designed to radiate heat in all directions and create a slow burn so the fire will last longer. A protective screen helps contain sparks, ashes and embers. Extinguish the fire quickly and easily by removing the lid and screen, and replacing the lid over the bottom to smother the fire. Burns wood and pressed wood logs.
